Not sure what you mean by fastest play style - 200 fcr sorc is fastest but not most mechanically demanding.
Easiest - depends on pvp or pvm and matchups and if you’re talking about skill ceiling vs skill floor

It's all up to your playstyle really for me for pvp it he a charge/lag hammerdin pvm popper barb my all time fav but have had a ton of fun with my mosaic sin this season
Fastest is sorc
Most DMG will be my mosaic sin at 36kdmg secound being lightsorc
Easiest to play the popper barb nothing even scratches him he tanks everything and get double loot most the time
