Just curious what setup is recommended for a blizzard/orb sorc to use in quest to level 99?

I have tried damage using Nightwing’s, Death Fathom, Ormus, but my resists and life/survival don’t seem that great.

Currently running full Tal Rasha set which gives me 75 resists and is a decent set up (just need to socket Tal with 5/5 cold facets).

Wondered if an Occy / Chain of Honor / Shako set up has been done and is any good?
