whats the best character lvl and best vendor to shop a nice white or 2 sox wand with +3 bs etc=D

you can shop it a2 normal on any char higher than level ~20. Just use a high level with enigma etc so its less painful. You cant get bone spirit this way though, have to find those in the wild

a2 normal -> only bone wands can spawn with 2 sockets
