They are just miles behind on mf speed compared to regular builds.
Pheonix will not be recommended, cause the starting and stopping animation of blade fury is very slow. So its not worth it. It also takes away bodies incase u run death sentry.
So either offhand 2/+3 blade fury claw, or stormshield or spirit or whatever. Possible even the deadly strike shield, or swordback's hold.

Well theese sins can reach 3fpa attackspeed if i remember correct. That is simply done by using a 100ias runic or gt. (-30wsm claw).
Assas has 11 baseframe with claws, and 208 animation speed. This is very fast compared to other stuff. And the way werebear works in d2lod there is no way you should run any other wep than claws.
Also, clawmastery will increase ur damage and ur ar if using claws.
Next thing is that its rather low damage. So my suggestion would be to run high ammount of CB and ctc amp. This will rek monsters fast. Espesially bosses.
So: atma's ammu, gores/goblins, duress or the purple armor, 20ias/10cb/adds gloves, Strings, guilaume, raven, ml/ll/adds ring.
Offhand u dont wanna slow urself down with pheonix in d2lod. Espesially not when speed is ur main strenght. So either stormshield, or maby a jmod with damage jool's. (dont use 2 claws, its buggy on this build)
Gores + Guilaume + duress + gloves = 75% cb. Thats really nice in combi with ctc amp from atma's ammu.
There may be viable 4fpa ones as well, where you focus on higher direct physical damage.
