Cheapest option would be a mix of max damage/ar/life grand charm and ar/life small charms

I upped survivability by 1000% compared to theese other builds. And damage is very close. +2 rangeadder.

Max block, 85lr, 85fr, 20% cold abs and 31% dr.

If you need it stronger:
Put a beast and a metamorphosis and a treachury im stash.
Mark of the bear: 25% eias, and 20% Dr
Fade: 15% dr and 63@?

You can also smite, and zeal with this build.
You can also have a widowmaker at swap, u can gm ench or cube bo etc...
