Was wondering why dudes buy 40 pgms. What do you do with so many pgms ?

3 perfect gems can be cubed with a magic item to re roll the affixes. People use them to re roll charms mostly i believe

That and other magic items - eth elite items for magic league melee, wands, nec shields etc although it’s not usually worth it to do wands n such since the likelihood of getting something good is so damn small
