Wasn’t aware of that if it was a thing tbh. Dr doesn’t use frames so not sure how it would have bps. Maybe how rounding works in the calculations similar to how you need 6+ life leech to steal anything in pvp?

no. this is just calculated as it is. cb can be reduced by 100%, for all other physical dmg it is capped at 50% (but overstacking helps against amp/decrep)
