Only thing that changed in d2r is mosaic sin is fastest.

It will depend on what you can afford then.

Welfare= corpse explosion necro or trap sin
Medium budget= hammerdin maybe cold sorc but can only farm limited areas. Java can be made on a budget too but usually costs a bit more for griffs and infinity
