exile is for most people. if you are trying to break a speed record then phoenix.

I think they used a spirit and a atmas and or an amp weapon for the fastest ever.

Kicksin does it in seconds. And then if ur build is as cheap as mine was with the astunnishing ammount of 1,7k life after bo and barely enought res to not get 1 tapped by uber meph you want to use stormshield xD

anyway.
LT wand or AMP via lacerator or atma's. I would do LT for safety.
Pheonix offers both great damage and survivability.
Dracs can be used to lt some as well.
Grief pb
If u have enought res with a guilaume ur good to go.
Add some more CB and OW with gores.

Smite dont leech, so no point in any leech stuff.
I guess raven + Dwarf is nice. Possible wisp instead of dwarf.

Belt should be Strings.

Gloves should be 20ias/10cb/res

Eni is best for position, but a cheap duress does well as well as fortitude.
