Yo, this is kinda a repost. I added mark of the bear to the build.

Here it can strike 80k damage hits at 9 fpa with 24k ar via poison dagger. Or 20k ar without poison dagger. (fool's dagger is 9fpa without mark of the bear)
It can cast Lr for additional -43 enemy res.
It has 1,8k thunder bolt and 1,6k holy shock aura who are both ranged skills. Holy shock will increase damage close up.
It has a widowmaker at swap yo help out as range if u want, vs forexample hammer or smiter. 10 fpa and 10k dmg (i think this is actually 28k)

It can choose a warshrike instead, still at 9fpa melee but only 10k ar. Then u have the option to throw it with 50% pierce for 17k damage at 11fpa vs forexample southwalking casters etc. (according to planner, i think its way higher around 40-50k)

20% DR
6x resists
95es - 20tk
3,2k mana - 75% block
50fcr (easy swap to 63 break via ammu when NN block)
Raven can be swapped with SOJ for mana boost when nn CNBF/AR/Block combi.

The negative point on this build is all the precast.
Planner seems to calc ranged damage wrong on this build.

Cool :) No mention of Zeal phase blades? or just to hard to hit targets that are moving

Zeal can be used ofc. I would keep one if i had the gear to make one.

But zeal has very little ar increase. So if duelling forexample a barb or whatever its useless cause u get almost no hits.
Zeal also may target summons instead of enemy, but not to much as shock removes summons pretty effective.

I actually built this on asgard, and i found going stright at enemy with single target melee was most effective. BOM BOM 8k perf items ele dru done.

Vs necs, sorcs and druids etc, w8 for that 1 thunder or shock to stun or them to do a mistake and then BOOOOOM. It will also be quite annoying for them to constantly get hit by shock and thunder.

80k damage * 0,17 * 0,25 = 3400 life.

Another version is stef's infinty version. +4 range adder/-10wsm infinity.
Infinity alone is -140 enemy lr and -85 enemy FR.

Also if one struggle to hit players due to their defense etc one can run inner sight gloves:
- Defense is applied after the Stone Skin bonus doubles a Unique monster's defense, but before any +% Defense. [1] Defense cannot be reduced below zero.
- Doesn't conflict with Slow Missiles or curses: all three can be applied at the same time.

Inner sight level 4 = -115 enemy def
Conviction lvl 12 = -83% enemy def

This build ended up at 10.6k ar with infinity.
War schyte need 34 ias for 9fpa. (gloves + 15ias jewel in viper is covering this)

So in theory one can slap on agnelic ring + ammu to boost that value up to around 19-20k ar.

One can also combine it with hustle armor:
level 6 evade gives 40% chance to dodge while walking or running.
You then have the combi of 130 frw, 40% dodge, 95% es incase you duel a smiter or hammer. With 20k ar and inzane defense reducing effects and ofc +4 range adder. So even though such a setup brings mana down to 2,7k you still have great survivability^^
