How about this brawler build?
Basicly level 1 base zerk, wirl, axe mastery and almost maxed throw.

I calculated stats for you since planner dont display all, with current equipment. Another Raven frost and you get (20*5+250) more ar base which scales good with chant and skills and visio.

All is 100% average, i dont care to calc max and min etc... Critic is included.

Idea:
Cube cast:
3bo/3bc and possible 3 shout if availeble METAMORPHOSIS
3wc/lt/falfal knife (put demon limb here if u feel bm while precasting it in stash)
2 sojs
3 wc 30 str ammu

Use metamorph and beast to gain a duration bugged 25% attack speed bonus and 20% dr bonus.
Use -10 wsm javs(slower bases might work as well) + lacerator offhand and grief + beast ba main hand.
According to what i see when adding IAS etc on warren calc it seems wrong.

So i used my own excel sheet for ias, and what i find is that with this setup i need 75 ias total each side on throw. This build has 90 ias, so i think one could use another ber rune or whatever if you want.

Double throw:
- Javelin ar: 20170 ----- Javelin dmg: 6477
- Lacerator ar: 17668 ---- Lac dmg: 3036

Wirlwind:
AR: 12906
Grief Damage: 5459
Beast Damage: 2480

Berserk:
AR: 15735
Damage: 9377

28% DR

0 fhr (can use scs or shadow dancers if u want ar)

Lol i just noticed i skilled 20 to battle command on the planner lol xD

Improved that now, remaining skills used to max all throw stuff and then put on skills in axe mastery.

End result:
Double throw:
- Javelin ar: 20573 ----- Javelin dmg: 6759
- Lacerator ar: 18021 ---- Lac dmg: 3168

Wirlwind:
AR: 14887
Grief Damage: 6150
Beast Damage: 2578

Berserk:
AR: 17715
Damage: 10112

What weapon is this AR & Dmg for when using Berserk?

Are there two(2) variations based on Switch?

I tried you link, not accustomed to it and got frustrated.
