You are a Necro build right? Has shit hitpoints per Vitality points if I remember correctly.
I am kinda lost on this build, and I never really liked Necro builds, even tried making a Melee build or more during 1.09, 1.10 etc on D2... not sure about anything with D2r.
When ur hit while wearing bone armor you have ctc bone armor. As well as triggering amp. You would need to have some life leech to ofc, and you may comebine it with dracs for occationally lt to heal inbetween the amp.
Werebear has lifeboost%.
So its not really an issue.

I use runeword bone armor so i have allways a bone armor without having to morph back to human form and cast it every 5 second. You are a melee character and you will be hit a lot, so bone armor is going to take a lot of damage out of yourself.

I don't like to change to human to cast corpse explosion, i'm a bear and i play as a bear. Instead of corpse explosion i went with skeletons as meat shield and a beast iron golem. I wouldn't play without skeles and without damage reduced.
In the video i went with hsarus boots and belt for the attack rating, sometimes the merc lags behind and enemies don't have conviction aura on them. Is not a bad choice, but i like gore rider and string of ears.
Gloves: laying of hands: 350 damage to demons
Amulet: highlord
Helm: i went with andariel but coa ber ber is also a good option, you are weak and damage reduced is great.
This build used to max out at 8 fpa. You can now do it as 7fpa with brand.
