Hey guys

Was wondering, if you need a certain monster lvl (such as dia94/nith95/baal99) getting these stats:
30ed
60ar
9str/9dex
12%dtm
(xxDefence)?

So.. I know that certain stats can pop-up in blue items very ez, but..
for example:
If I want reroll rare jewels, must it be a drop from Dia/Nihl/Baal,
OR can it be dropped simply from lvl85 (or lower?) areas minion packs?

knowing area levels etc would also be helpful but it seems for the jewel you're after, anywhere in hell can (probably wont tho) drop it

min ilvl is the number you need
