Hi
I know in D2R they made WW benefit from other sources of ias beyond weapons and auras. Does this in any way mess with breakpoints for weapons or just make more things available?

I'm using an ataghan right now, and the D2 Ias calculator says i need like 14 ias to hit max breakpoint. Is this still correct?

thnx, looks like the ias did in fact change. Will have to use this to double check other stuff as well
