Havent played in a year or so and was wanting to farm Duriel but I cant remember which symbol I had to the true tomb... Is there an easier way to find out than doing the arcane sanctuary again?

Nope. There isn't a single good reason to farm Duriel.

There's no other way to get the symbol other than going to the arcane sanctuary each time, as it changes game to game. So, basically, no one ever farms him.

BTW you can tell which symbol is the real one by the ones floating behind the summoner. The one that isnt there is the real symbol
