when I play'd LOD, we've all known to get max frames with zerkers and whirlwind, you want minimum 34% for each.

but according to this, you need 63ias per weapon???? wtf

yeah 63 total ias. fan also effects it. i think by changing the base speed. so if you go grief beast you don't need any extra ias.

Put beast offhand and ur good to go
Beast add another 29 EIAS to both ur wepons. Its almost as if u ran 2 x pb which is 30 eias faster than ba.
