What is the best level to craft blood rings and blood gloves at?

i made a pretty good ring at lvl94. 11ll 25 str some other good stats i don't remember off the top of my head.

It can get very technical depending in what you want to craft for example I believe blood Gloves you want to craft at level 80 because then there are less suffixes therefore better chance to get the ones you need. At 89 or w/e you can get +10 LL which is useless so if you craft at 80 you have like 3 or 4 less possibilities as the ll max is only 6 which infinitesimally increases your chances to get the perfect rolls you need.

BUT

in general you can take as a general rule to be level 95 for crafting.

The only thing that matters is your level once it gets high enough because the additional levels means the calculation always uses your stats over the item stats to determine the rolls.. if you craft at 70 for example you should be crafting hell tier items because that will up the qlvl which will be higher than your ilvl and the game will use the higher value.. THis is why being level 90+ is good because then you can craft normal tier gloves and the ilvl is still high enough to get you all the bonuses you need, then you can up the gloves as needed.

95 Crafting is key because that is how you can get 20fcr in caster amulets. this is why most people craft ammys with lvl 95.
