I'm unsure about wep block and mind blast distribution.

What's current meta?

Weapon block is good at one point even with all your plus skills. I aim for 56 min. 60 max

I have a lvl 16/17 shadow master by putting 1 pt in it.

Weapon block is at 59%

I wonder if it's worth it to put 9 pts in wep block, just to get from 56 to 59 %. Or would it be better to max mind blast for extra dmg and stun.

Personally I would go 60 block and rest in mindblast. Since the changes

Max mind blast, also consider pumping fire blast since they’ll be wearing tgods anyways. Fire blast rips.
