I know Greater Talons need 42 ias to reach breakpoint if using in mainhand.

What about Greater Claws? Is it the same?

no, greater claws have a slower (i.e. different) wsm

This is common mistake. For some reason assassin claws have two different bases for almost each claw model. Greater Claws and Greater Talons are both exceptional but different bases.
Another strange thing about claws is that their speed changes between normal and exceptional versions.
