technically you can overcome decrep slow by increasing your ias, but you have to keep in mind that attack speed from skills is calculated differently than attack speed from items. so getting slowed by decrep for 50ias means you dont only need 50ias from gear but much more (since decrep is skill ias)

It's not that simple.

Decreap is a negative Skill IAS of -50. Or slow. Anyway, it directly impact ur EIAS.

SkillIas is a direct impact on ur EIAS.
WSM is a direct but inverted impact on ur EIAS.
SLOW is a direct impact on ur EIAS.
IAS is a nerfed increase on ur EIAS. nerfed by formula: 120 * IAS / (120+IAS)

EIAS is ur real breakpoints, they are "written in stone".

So basicly we need to know ur setup. At least wepon base.
If ur running a Phaseblade(-30wsm) then ur on a good way. If ur using a Berserker Axe (0 wsm) then its worse.

Beast offhand will add 29 skill ias which is a boost of 29 EIAS.

Berserk uses this formula to find ur attack speed:
=CEILING(16*256/FLOOR(256*(100+EIAS)/100))-1

EIAS is capped at 75.

Eias = Floor(120*ias/(120+Ias) +SkillIas - WSM - SLOW)

This basicly means ur EIAS breakpoint is 61.
And if u are affected with 50% slow from decrep then you need beast offhand + grief pb + 92 ias to reach 9fpa zerk.

If u dont use Beast offhand you need: 250 ias. And then if u use Berserker axe and no beast offhand u can just forget it... Cause then you need: 1480 ias.

Decrepify slows the wsm speed.

So if you have a phase blade -30 wsm you now have the ias bp’s of a legendary mallet
