about to make a pride IG, heard of this bug that high damage weapon only hurts pride IG when cursed with life tap or something like that so a shitty ass base would be preferable does this still stand true with 2.7?

just want to try out and for the style, at this point I can afford my necro a lot, for now he has thorn, might, conviction, fanat, adding concentration would make him a full on disco party boy, that being said, for now I'm running an insight ig, does the job fine, but I want to try out if changing to pride would help uber run, I play online solo so p8 is a luxury though
