regarding the second question: fists of fire converts physical dmg to elemental dmg, but ll/ml only work based on phys dmg. So if your phys dmg is fully converted, this means no more ll/ml for you

iirc the cap is lvl33 or lvl34

Dragon talon because it procs all of your charges with each kick and attacks fastest of all finishers. Dtail is suuuper buggy to use and you’ll often animation cancel yourself. D flight can be good in areas with weaker mobs that die in 1 proc of your charges since you don’t even have to fully aim it you can just fly around blasting everything.
