why is everyone after dragonflight on chaos bases in d2r pvp

so you dont have to skill it ?

DF got buffed and is usable now

Better to have on claw and save multiple skill pts

Makes 65 fcr build more viable vs fast casters ie nec, hdin, sorc etc
