Hey just wondering what these are good for, for e.g. a CTA or a HoJ?

Do people use CTA for FoH or HoJ for something else? :bouncy:

Most likely CTA with +3 HS example or +3 FoH / +3 Conv.

Making a fortitude in a 4 socket scepter with 3foh 3con or other skills is very good as well. That added fcr is op on a gg scepter
