Keep in mind is not going to be good for p8 in any case, it can do it but slow.

An harmony switch to move around faster and 10/76/45 and 3/20/20 in inventory (unlimited fg, if not this kind but cheaper) with anni/torch of course.

Str for gear all in Dex.

NM offensive (might aura) merc with pride and +4 skill gear (like Andy + CoH) for more might level.

You want to max Valk, 3 points in pierce iirc (to reach 67+ from skill) 18 in the one that give critical strike (asumming +2 faith) and then you want multishot (lvl23 is max, again iirc, it may be 24 and then more levels is just more mana and no more arrows) for crow control and big packs and strafe for remaining monster and small corridors, magic arrow for inmunes.

No matter what is going to be a terrible boss killer in p8, so ignore those.
