auras from items stack, so wearing 2x dream rune word gives you a lvl30 HS aura
auras from items and natural auras don't stack. wearing 2x dream rune word and activating a natural HS aura means the lower lvl one just gets cancelled and has no effect

however, auras from items receive boni from synergies
