Should I make it into an insight for higher dmg for leeching and meditation to sustain mana which is a huge issue for me

Or make it into a melody for plus 6 to skills?

I know a better option would be double upped -35 wizendraw but I don't have the runes to upgrade

insight is super cheap...you are remove the runes in cube and switch to melody if you don't like the insight.
