My sin is getting slammed by other trap sins in team pks.
I don’t have perf res unless I cast fade, should I swap out my 20/17s and use 20/11lr scs instead ? Or what % of lr should I am for ?

75% of course, anything lower is not good

you should have 85res or 80 + wisp, otherwise you will be destroyed by trappers

mind that they might have -res gear so you need stacked res

The thing is if I use wisp I won’t hit the 102 fcr bp

Def need 75, more now since griffs works on traps
