How do they currently work?

Act2
-I believe I saw someone getting the Duriel quest without getting staff and ammy quests. Is this possible or am I crazy?
-Can you kill Duriel with no one in the room and then just tp so the rushee can talk to Tyrael?

Act3
-Can the rusher get the organs beforehand and handle it to the rushee?
-Do the organs have to be from the same difficulty (norm, nm. hell)?

Crush
-The player must get to act3 or act2 hell so they stay in hell after converting to expansion?

Act2:
1. you cant do this without staff + amu, if only one person is getting rushed.
It is possible in the following scenario if multiple people are getting rushed
- rushee1 has staff + amu and he is there for the duriel kill, he doesn't have the duriel quest yet
- rushee2 doesnt have anything, just staying in town, but he is in the party
in this case both rushee1 and rushee2 will get the quest

2. Duriel quest is weird, but it works like this:
- Rusher kills duriel without rushee being there + rusher talks to tyrael -> quest not done.
- Rusher kills duriel without rushee being there + rushee talks to tyrael -> it will say not possible to complete, but if you talk to tyrael it changes and completes.
- rusher kills duriel with rushee being there + rusher talks to tyrael -> quest done.

Act3:
1. Technically yes, but I am not sure how the rusher would get it, organs normally wont drop if the quest is already completed.
2. They have to be from the same difficulty.

are you sure the organs wont drop?
I was doing a tz in baal runs and I opened a chest which droped like 8 organs (for everyone in the game)

Also, do you know how exactly people "prepare" a rush?
Is it just finding the ways in the map beforehand or there are things like cube, organs, staff, ammy, that can be collected beforehand?
