assume i am wearing trangs gloves and 20 hard points into fanatacism so level 30+ fanat

do i need more than 30 ias on my grief pb or whats the deal with the ias breakpoint?

Well depends what you are planning to do with that grief ? Swingin it or smashibg mobs or running away ?
