I'm want to shop a Kris or Blade with 5% chance to cast amp damage. I know I can shop wands and scepters from Akara with this pretty easily. Is it even a possible mod on Blades or Kris shopped in Act 4 normal? If so, what char level should I be for the best chance?

Anyone have a guide to this?
