you can start off with the following for pretty cheap, but getting organs is a pain without enigma or someone to tele for you.

weapon: black runeword, heaven's light, grief (any will be amazing)
shield: cheap options are 4 pdiamond shield with res, gris shield with 3 pdiamonds, pally sanctuary shield (you can get +100 res from this shield)
helm: gface
armor: treachery or duress
gloves: dracs
boots: gores or globin toe
belt: tgods
rings: dwarf star & raven
ammy: maras

- Guilli ( soc with UM rune )

- Black ( Grief PB )

- Smoke ( Forty )

- Elite Paladin shield /w 4 x Perf Diamonds ( Upg Zaka ” UM ” )

- Draguls

- String of Ears

Life Tap wand to switch and pre cast Fade from Treachery ( stand in fire or so ). When you enter cast Life Tap from your wand and Draguls will keep Life Tap up.
