Do my character's facets and negative resist gear (griff / flickering flame) benefit attacks from my mercenary?

Modifiers such as in facets etc are local for the user.
Modifers such as curses/auras/sunder are helping everyone on the same team, but auras might have better boost for user, example fanatic where party ed is not the same as skill ed.
