Honestly, I think x2 +3WoF grey claws with 3x facets each would be pretty killer. Throw in flickering flame, magefists, and call it a day.

something like this is probably the best you're gonna get for pvm kill speed, just go around fireblasting everything for the most part. still has fine lightning sentry too

could swap the helm for 3 trap / 20 fcr / 2x facet and other such stuff around for various breakpoints as you wish.

edit: gonna need to work 42% ias onto it too unless you use burst
