Only played barbs in d2. I know whirlwind was kinda ruined in d2r, they fixed it? or is it still shit?

Main problem is the "no fhr" change in D2R, and tri-ww can no longer fhr lock the opponent.
I also played a lot of bvc in lod, and this feels terrible...

You can now reach 4 fpa. But you need to stack considerable ias due to it now beeing affectd by slow, might even need to use grief and beast in -10wsm axe bases now vs nec.
