Which character is going to have an easier time with Ubers assuming gear is the same tier on both?

Second question, are dracs a requirement for Ubers or will a life tap wand+OW belt be enough? I have gface and gores for the CB and DS

Smite is better

e: Get both, cast life tap from wand first and draguls keep life tap up.

dracs keep lt up and have ow so you can ditch gores for gtoes
DS doesn't work with smite

Kicksin > Smiter > Fury/Frenzy

Main issue with fury/frenzy is that u attack all targets around you....
