First time poster. Apologies if this question has been answered, but I’ve read through several guides, and haven’t quite found my answer.

What would be the skill point distribution for an updated guide to a Bowazon? This would be for D2R, “regular duels”, no tournament rules or anything of that nature.

I saw saw someone say in a guide that Strafe was banned to 1 point in their league duels, but if it wasn’t that they would max it. If the best option is to max strafe now, would I also max its synergies? What about skill distribution to passives like critical strike, Dodge, evade, etc.?

I'm not part of D2R, but I'm going to assume the percentages are the same for crit and dodges and you wouldn't max them out, you'd go based on the percentage. Keep in mind that some percentages take more skill points to reach than others.
