usually run shenk, eldritch, the warden guy, the dude in arreat plateau, pindle, trav, cathedral, pit and chaos sanc (i spam howl to better dps targets down)

I know its meme spec'y but it's still pretty fun. Was wondering what you guys thought of this layout too.

String of ears is generally recommended over verdungos for life steal.

I have 12% Life Steal currently, do you really think the SOE > Verdungo's in this setup? I was thinking about switching it.

If you do not need that faster hit recovery, then it just comes down to (Vitality) verdungos vs (life steal + magic damage reduction) string of ears

to add to this: mdr is pretty neat in pvm. and life from vitality mod of items does not get boosted from BO, so dropping verdungo does not diminish your life pool that much
