So even if I'm not using a grief but I will be using a PB all I would need is 42 IAS from gear? And is this info still true can anyone tell me ??
titanseal is usually correct, and is so in this case.
The breakpoints I listed in my PvP zerk barb guide are:

So yes, 42 total IAS is all that is required for grief PB. A 40ias Grief and 1 other source will cover it. Possibly the guide you were looking at was using grief in some other base?
