but suppose a single blow from say dragon flight, nova & chaos lightning will be released under the same NHD 4 frames for sure.

does that mean that the direct target i dragon flight into will not be damaged by both chaos lightning and nova? i hope not, but if so is it something like random which goes first?

i would hate to unequip a claw everytime only to perform a 1-charge CoT to prevent nova from disabling chaos lightning...
