what would be the best (cheapest) uber killer to make in early ladder?

- What Ever Belt ( SoE is bis and cheap )

- Ress Amu

e: LT Wand to swich, cast LT before attack and Draguls keep LT up. Also if you have problems with ress you can pre buff Fade from Treachery before you start ( stand on fire or something )

If problema with resistance he can ușe wizardspike as main weapon in exchange of some killing speed

also dracs for ow, so he will die eventually. I have never thought about wizzy on a smiter, but honestly: why not, if you lack resists. also opens up more options on shield

not sure if gris shield as a set elite item qualifies for budget though
