Im trying to figure out how is working ias on double throw.

Im trying to use this calculator but I dont understand a shit

Anybody can help ?

Char: barbarian
Wereform: none
Skill: double throw
Choose: Primary wepon ias
Choose base on both. Lacerator/winged harpoon is -10
Secondary wias: if u have warshrike or Lacerator offhand then choose 30, just put the ias ammount ur secondary wep have.

Ias: put all ias here(main wep + gear), excluding secondary wep ias.
Or just dont put anything and look table.
The table needs to be devided by 2. So u reach 5fpa when table says 10.
If u play around with fana and bos the table will give u 8 fpa, which is 4 each wep.
