I have a rare war axe that is required Lvl 18 atm. How do I know upping to a Naga won’t bring it above level 30?

upgrading only raises the level req by a certain amount (rare normal to excep is +5 iirc). So this can be calculated

Naga has lvlreq of 25 so upgrading will bring you war axe exactly to 30.
Just make sure to not socket it with a jewel or rune with lvl req over 25.
