Depends whether you're looking for full clears of CS or just Seals + Diablo.

For Seals + Diablo, Bone Nec can be one of the safest chars to run CS even in P8 games. Curses >> CS.

my ~350 mf windru clears CS with absolutely no problem. It's boring really.

Wind can do it, but idk how expensive it is

After so many years the only thing to do is trying characters/builds you've never tried before or MFing. EleDru is brilliant for MF except Baal (boss). It's doable but long and you need to cheat with potions
