Does anyone know what the fastest attack speed base would be for 1 handed cresent moon base axe/sword used on assassin. I would like to stay low enough on dext that +gear would get me there.

I'm thinking military pick or long sword, but not sure

With enigma, you'll have enough (or close to it) strength to equip Spirit. You'll most likely have to Stat a bit of dex to equip phase blade, but it's for sure worth it as you can hit 9frame trap laying (fastest breakpoint) with just 22 additional ias and be able to use Fade instead of BOS. I like ias jewel in Griffon and bloodfist gloves personally. Using a long sword base you'll need to sacrifice too much IMO to reach 9frame traps and still use fade.

i use a military pick for pvm i think it works just fine 97 sin from baal runs pump all the vit. also think it looks cool but phase blade is the fastest

Phase blade is -30, military pick and long sword are both -10. You want to use a phase blade, no question. With the 20 IAS already in the runeword, you're at 3 frame kick and 10 frame traps without burst of speed or additional IAS from other gear.
