Has anyone tried using a metamorphosis helm on a non-druid using a beast weapon? I assume everything other than the bonus to shapeshifting skills would work. Can you still get mark of the bear on a bear sorc/nec/etc.?

Yes all but the druid only skills work on other shifter classes

What char did you use it on, and does Mark of the Bear still proc? Friend is making a bone bear nec from Zappy's guide (link follows) and wondering if this would be the best option for a helm replacing Guillaume's.

I always wanted to make tele-wc-wolf barb.
But that idea i scratched when they basicly removed stunlock from pvp.

Ur friend should do the same with bear nec. Cause bear nec used to be able to get 5-6fpa attack. But now we are talking 7fpa if u have more ias than speedy gonzales.
Basicly if u run faith merc + mark of the bear + ias sources u will need: 44 ias for 7fpa with brand demon crossbow.
Without faith u need 142.
His bonespears will deal 1,4k damage and be casted at 7fpa. Thats not much^^

Not a novel idea. The gm melee community is scrambling for their Metamorphosis helms to come to NL because it's widely speculated that bearzons and bear barbs with Metamorphosis are gonna kick major ass, at least in gm melee.

Hmm ias in helm work in shape druid? Is for no make other topic about this hehe.
