I've been wondering the same. But since Frozen Orb sorc has plenty of unused skill points, why not go ES?

if pvm and you're not going hybrid or using blizz as well there's no reason not to go es. and if you're es it makes even less sense to be using coh, not that it would make any sense on a vita sorc either

you don't have %105 FCR with COH. Viper is cheaper and better for your build.
