You can use pretty obsure weapon also tap if needed a lot of ias as well. XD
I use my cyptic and requires 37ias. It's pretty hard to use but I figure out nice build and it works pretty well
Rarely happens with non-tap..? Zzz, you certainly have not dueled without tap that much, unless you duel people who have low ass defense and then of course duels are going to last short. But plenty of scenarios have occurred where one player only has one more hit left but can't get it in allowing enough time for the dying player to end up winning, so it certainly isn't exclusive to Exile users.
Yeah Cryptic isn't exactly what I call obscure. I'm saying some weapon bases like an Ettin Axe or Legendary Mallet which require like 85+ IAS. Yes, oftentimes you have enough open gear with Exile on to get enough IAS, but without Exile, it opens up the opportunities even more.
