i just bought an open box tv from hhgregg ..

samsung model UN40C6500

it seems ok .. but now im paranoid that maybe the person who returned it dropped it or something ..

my friend works there .. he told me it was a non defective return ..

i dont have any experience with hdtvs .. so i cant tell if the picture is the way it supposed to be ..

im paranoid ..

it was 1300$ normally from srp of 1700$ ..

and i paid 830$ ..

i was told that i have 14 days to return it ..

but damnit i wish i had something to compare it to so i would know if i need to return it ..

i dont like the thought of unknowingly having a tv that doesnt measure up to par for the model ..

i feel like maybe the picture should be a bit sharper .. but i cant tell if my paranoia is exaggerating flaws .. yes ive played with settings ..

ugh ..

i shoulda just got the LG new in box for the same price ..

what would you guys do ??

am i obsessing about it too much ??
