in my opinion flickering flame is pretty underrated, it will make the runs much smoother (merc only)...

if setup is coh + ariocs u only loose 1 ias bp but hyperion spear will still hit fast as fk...

with andy face faster attack yes
with gface could socket ed/dtd jewel could be also an option same ias bp than ff

will try these 3 helm variants for merc lets see who will win...

actually have u considered using COA on merc, 2os, resist, DR and 30FHR

Yep. Wasn't impressed. It's never bad though, for survivability. 30FHR is big (kinda like GFace), and the resists are solid. Hard to extract big damage from the jewels alone.
If you already have life leech/damage elsewhere, it's okaaay? I feel like I'd rather use CoT a good chunk of the time if all I want is survivability (and I don't love CoT).

Helmet I try to get life leech, or at this point 3os of <insert thing I like> for 2DPS Jewels/1Cham.

anyone messed around with a meme a1 merc loadout? lol

Was planning out a holy fire ranger build and came across these stats on the Brand runeword, thought it would be pretty good:

35% Chance To Cast Level 14 Amplify Damage When Struck
100% Chance To Cast Level 18 Bone Spear On Striking
+260-340% Enhanced Damage
Ignores Target's Defense
20% Bonus to Attack Rating
+280-330% Damage To Demons
20% Deadly Strike
Prevent Monster Heal
Knockback
Fires Explosive Arrows or Bolts [level 15]

However in maxroll planner, dps is still pretty subpar compared to a2 merc even when amp is activated and augmented with Beast + Last wish auras. I guess bows just have way too low base dmg to beat a2.
